Punjab Land Records Authority – PLRA is hiring “Assistant Director (Software Development)” at Lahore (11 Positions).

Qualifications & Experience:

Masters or 16 years’ education in IT / Computer Sciences or Equivalent from HEC recognized university / institution.
At least 3 years of experience in software development and coding in languages such as .NET / PHP and SQL etc.
Technical Expert Incentive Allowance (Performance Based) (100,000-350,000)

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using programming languages such as Asp.net, and MVC using Microsoft .Net
In-depth knowledge of HTML/CSS, Javascript, JQuery
Working knowledge of Angular and Node.js would be preferred
Basic knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and quality assurance (QA) engineers, to understand software requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Identify and fix software bugs and performance issues
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay up-to-date with new technologies, programming languages, and industry trends
Contribute to the development of software documentation, including requirements, design documents, and user manuals
Present a verifiable portfolio

Salary: 145,000 – 150,000
