The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and dedicated professionals for the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Chief Minister Punjab Honhaar Scholarship Program. The PMU will support PHEC’s HRD Department in the implementation, coordination, fund management, and monitoring of the program. Applications are welcomed from eligible candidates holding domicile of Punjab for the position of “Web Developer” purely on Project Base.

Qualification:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in web application development.
- Strong experience in back end (HTML, C+, Python) and frameworks (ASP.Net, PHP Laravel, React / Angular)
- Proficiency in database management (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
Job Description:
- Lead the design and development of major software components and systems of Honhaar scholarship program.
- Conduct technical reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Update and maintain Honhaar Scholarship Program website/portal.
- Ensure security, usability, and mobile responsiveness
- Ensure optimal software performance, security, and scalability.
- Integrate with databases and online forms.
- Collaborate closely with PHEC IT team to deliver user-friendly, bug-free applications.
- Provide technical assistance to HRD department for incorporation of any changes in the portal.
- Any other task assigned by the Competent Authority.
