Punjab Health Initiative Management Company (PHIMC) is hiring “Manager Communication” at Lahore. Details are as follows:
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduation (16 years of qualification) in relevant field (Business Administration, Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Administration) preferably Master’s degree (18 years of qualification) from HEC recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 05 years of experience is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Public Awareness Campaigns both at the provincial and district levels.
- Coordinate the hiring of a third party for communication scheme implementation during card distribution and postcard distribution.
- Engage electronic and print media for dissemination of the activities of PHIMC and ensure a positive image of the Health Insurance Scheme.
- Develop a Community Mobilization Plan
- Initiate publication of brochures, briefs, periodical newsletters, and/or any other necessary publications/information material.
- Undertake timely appraisal and monitoring for impact assessment of the communication plan and awareness campaigns.
- Identify, write, and edit a broad range of executive-level communications for internal and external audiences, including speeches and talking points, and management memorandums.
- Develop written press materials – releases, talking points, story pitches – and manage the approval process with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate in consultation with Director communication the annual communications plan across the project’s discreet audiences in collaboration with constituents
- Develop and manage comprehensive communication strategies internally and externally to support the program priorities, including partnering with DGPR to ensure aligned messaging and positioning.
