We are currently looking to hire a Business Development Executive at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Requirements:
- Bachelors or equivalent degree in Marketing, sales or CS.
- Minimum of 02 years’ experience with bidding and lead generation.
Required Skills:
- Bidding and lead generation.
- Client communication.
- Coordination with internal teams for proposals and estimates.
- Closing and Sales.
- Reporting.
Job Resposibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads through assigned job boards and marketplaces (Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Maintain strong bid-to-lead ratios on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with international clients, aligning with their respective time zones.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to track progress and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, and marketing) to ensure alignment in proposals and client expectations.
- Monitor job board trends and competitor activity to refine bidding strategies and increase conversion rates.
