The Punjab Affordable Housing Program (PAHP) is funded by the World Bank. The Urban Unit and the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) are the co-implementing agencies for the program. The Program will support the Government of Punjab in strengthening its housing institutions and systems, and enhance the quantity and quality of affordable housing. The focus will be on promoting private sector participation in affordable housing provision through infrastructure investment support and the public sector’s delivery of alternate housing solutions to the poorest; strengthening institutions with critical roles in housing policy and programs; deepening housing sector regulatory reforms; and promoting livability and sustainability.
The Program Management Implementation unit (PMIU) for PAHP intends to hire human resource for the vacant position of Assistant Manager Administration at Lahore.

Position: Assistant Manager Administration

Age: 18 – 70
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration/ Public Administration. A higher degree will be preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Admin
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating day-to-day operations, such as scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Manage HR related matters of PMIU staff including personal files, leave record, attendance system etc
- Maintain stock register, fixed asset register and other admin related records.
- Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinating events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain logbooks of official vehicles and ensure proper functioning.
- Any other task given by Manager Admin / Financial management specialist.
