PEPSI Northern Bottling Company invites applications from suitable candidate for the position of “Management Trainee Officer – Sales” at Nowshera, Charsadda, Malakand, Kohat, Mardan & Swabi.

Position Title: Management Trainee Officer – Sales
Location: Nowshera, Charsadda, Malakand, Kohat, Mardan & Swabi
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors/Masters In Business Administration.
- Fresh – 1 year experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase product availability, market share, and volume growth.
- Supervision of Order Bookers to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identification and execution of marketing opportunities within outlet, fostering in-store branding to grab customer attention, converting into sales.
- Coaching Order Bookers to ensure sufficient stock levels of all SKUs at outlet level and that stock is properly merchandised on Shelves/Racks and Coolers.
- Performing regular market visits to check performance of Order Bookers as well as to identify market development & conversion opportunities.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate sales records, reports, and documentation for analysis and decision-making.
