Position Title: Manager Human Resources (Corporate Role)
Location: Lahore
Required Qualification & Experience:
- MBA / Masters in Human Resources.
- 5+ years of diversified work experience. Candidates from hospitality background will be preferred.
Role Descrption:
- We are looking for a passionate HR professional to lead overall HR operations and drive people strategies that promote growth, engagement, and excellence. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with business goals.
- Someone who will foster a positive workplace culture, strengthen engagement and retention, and ensure compliance with DEI, policies, and performance standards.
- Additionally, will mentor teams, support leadership development, and oversee compensation, benefits, and manning strategies to maintain efficiency and harmony across the organization.
