Details are as follows:
Position: Cadet Pilot
No. of Positions: 24
Employment Status: Two (02) years contract, extendable based on the company’s requirements and subject to satisfactory performance
Maximum Age: 35 years as of the last date of submission of the application
Requirements
Qualification: Minimum Intermediate 1st Division/B Grade or equivalent from a recognized institute.
Professional Qualification: Valid CPL/IR, ICAO ELP level 4 from the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority as per job requirement.
Flying Experience: Minimum 200 flying hours
Medical: As per Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority Standards.
Selection Procedure:
- Eligible candidates will undergo a computer-based test (CBT) conducted by an independent Testing Agency based on the approved syllabus. The test score will be displayed on the candidates’ computer screens after completion of the test.
- Candidates securing 70% or more marks in the CBT will be called for the subsequent recruitment process, i.e Flying Aptitude Test, Interview, and Medical, etc.
- After completion of the entire process, only successful candidates will be informed accordingly.
- All provincial/regional & other applicable quotas will be observed as per law.
- Salary Package: The selected Cadet Pilot will receive a monthly stipend during the training period. Upon successful completion of the training process and commencement of the first productive flight, an attractive salary package will be offered.
- Employment shall be subject to the execution of a training bond of USD 15,000/- or equivalent on a prorated basis for two years from the first productive flight.
