Pakistan Cricket Board is engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game.
PCB seeks applications from experienced and motivated professionals for the position of “Senior Manager Social Media” at Lahore. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy in coordination with the departmental head that aligns with the Cricket Board’s objectives and enhances our online presence.

Position Title: Senior Manager Social Media
Location: Lahore
Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy: Create a comprehensive social media plan that aligns with PCB’s objectives and targets our desired audience.
- Manage social media channels: Oversee the creation and publication of content on our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create and curate content: Develop high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice and tone.
- Analyze engagement metrics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic, to optimize our online presence.
- Lead and manage a team: Supervise a team of social media executives and provide guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped to meet their responsibilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with our marketing, communications, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of our social media efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously monitor and stay informed about the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our social media strategy remains effective and innovative
Competency Requirement:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
- Experience with content creation and curation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
