Age: Up to 55 Years
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Master / Graduation degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5 – 8 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or TIR operations.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing B2B client relationships.
- Experience with cross-border logistics in Afghanistan and CIS markets is a strong advantage
Skills / Competencies:
- Strong sales acumen and business development expertise.
- Excellent negotiation and contract-closing skills.
- Knowledge of TIR procedures, multimodal logistics, and cross-border operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, pipeline management, and MS Office Suite.
Job Expectation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients across manufacturing, trading, logistics, and cross-border sectors.
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate high-value contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing tailored solutions for TIR and multimodal logistics requirements.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate internally to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery.
- Explore new opportunities in Afghanistan, CIS, and regional markets to expand the TIR and multimodal customer base.
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and regulatory changes to recommend market entry strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quotation, Finance, and TIR teams to ensure accurate pricing, smooth execution, and after-sales support.
- Provide sales performance reports, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the Senior Manager Sales (TIR).
- Track progress against Key Performance Indicators such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance updates for management review.
- Support senior leadership in executing strategic growth initiatives.
- Undertake additional assignments as directed by the Senior Manager Sales (TIR) and General Manager TIR.
