Required Qualification & Experience:
- Master / Graduation degree (16 years qualification) in Computer Sciences / Software or relevant qualification in Information Technology.
- Minimum 5 years experience in well reputed organization having strong understanding of Information Technology infrastructure, networks, systems, software and web development.
- Expertise in managing the Information Technology budget, forecasting costs, and overseeing procurement of hardware and software).

Job Expectation:
- Ensure data security and enforce cybersecurity policies across the designated Area of Responsibility.
- Manage and support the Oracle-based ERP system and the Fleet Monitoring Control Operation System (Fleet Management Control Room), ensuring stability, timely upgrades, and smooth integrations.
- Oversee hardware and application-related service requests, delivering high-quality solutions in compliance with SOPs.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to assess Information Technology, Fleet Management Control Room, and ERP-related requirements.
- Evaluate and approve Information Technology equipment requests based on operational needs and cost-effectiveness.
- Plan and deliver user training to facilitate smooth transitions to new systems and maximize ERP adoption.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Information Technology team to enhance performance and optimize skill utilization.
- Ensure Information Technology staff adhere to SOPs for equipment tracking, maintenance, and record management.
- Replace or upgrade non-repairable Information Technology equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with departments to identify and address Information Technology -related training needs.
- Supervise troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime and reduce repair costs.
- Oversee tracker installation, replacement, and maintenance for accurate fleet monitoring.
- Manage the Information Technology budget, including cost forecasting and procurement of hardware and software.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager Support, NLC DP World Road Freight (Private) Limited.
