Required Qualification & Experience:
- CA, ACMA, ACCA.
- Minimum 5 years experience in fin reporting & accounting roles, preferably in a managerial capacity in well reputed organization.
- Professional with the knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Proficiency in ERP and financial reporting software’s.
Skills / Competencies:
- Proven experience in a senior level strategic position.
- Advance Financial Reporting.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong coordination and business communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills & IT Savvy.
- Proven ability to track & analyze data to make informed decisions.
Job Expectation:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations in accordance with organizational policies and IFRS.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform and review reconciliations for all balance sheet and control accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
- Develop management reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
- Consolidate financial statements for group reporting, where applicable.
- Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to tax laws, corporate regulations, and all relevant statutory requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure audit readiness and timely completion.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.
- Identify and implement process automation and efficiency improvements in accounting and reporting workflow
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor progress to ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting software.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer, NLC DP World Road Freight (Private) Limited.
