Required Qualification & Experience:
- MSc (Engineering) / PMP / BSc / BE (Civil Engineering).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant field with international market experience would be preferred.

Job Description:
- Responsible for all projects from conception to completion as directed by Project Director.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with project and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Review the work progress on daily basis.
- Prepare internal and external reports for Director Projects and Senior Management.
- Ensure quality construction standard and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time requirement to meet deadlines.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulatory.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administration staff, worker and clients, representing the owner of development.
- Prepare draft contracts, negotiate revisions, changes and addition to Contract Agreement with design, consultant, IRE, clients.
- Study job specification to determine appropriate construction methods.
