Details are as follows:
Position: Senior Manager HR
Location: Rawalpindi
Age: Up to 55 Years
Required Qualification & Experience:
- MS / MBA (HR) / MHRM / master degree in HR field, SHRM / CIPD Certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, HR Operations & Organization Development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Skills / Competencies:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations function and strategies.
- Strong understanding of OD principles, organizational design, change management, and talent development.
Job Expectation:
- Create and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization’s business goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Design and implement effective interview processes, including developing interview questions and assessment tools.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes and policies to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand talent needs, provide insights, and ensure timely hiring.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams on HR operations, processes, and policies.
- Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition & HR Operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies, and identify and mitigate HR-related risks.
- Ensure smooth processing of Welfare Matters including Terminal Benefit cases.
- Effectively address all grievance / discipline cases.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and integration of HR systems, HRIS (Oracle), Application Tracking System and Performance Management.
- Develop and implement organization development strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and agility.
- Design and lead culture transformation initiatives to promote a high-performance, inclusive, and adaptive work environment.
- Develop and implement talent development programs to build capabilities and competencies critical to business success.
