The National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Islamabad a constituent unit of National School of Public Policy intends to recruit for the post of Documentation Officer) at Islamabad.
Position Title: Documentation Officer

Qualification & Experience:
- MA/BA/B.Ed from HEC recognized institute.
- 5 years practical experience in office work/printing work secretarial job and familiar with filing system, computer literacy will be mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain documents of the Trainee participants, record keeping of the participants and secretarial work.
General Instructions:
- Fresh applicants must apply through National Job Portal (NJP).
- Existing employees working at NIPA, Islamabad on contract/contingent/daily wage basis may submit application in hard form along with complete attested testimonials, domicile, experience certificate, copy of CNIC and two passport size recent photographs.
- Applicants already working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies may apply through proper channel.
- As per Establishment Division’s Recruitment Policy No. F.53/1/2006-SP dated 11.05.2017, extra marks shall be awarded for work experience for the period applicant served on contract/contingent paid/daily wage/project employees of the institute shall be excluded for the purpose of determination of upper age limit in addition to relaxation of upper age limit, as per existing rules.
- After employment incumbent can be posted anywhere in the Office under the administrative control of the institute
- Quotas as per the Government policy will be observed (Disabled, Minority, Women, and Provincial etc.)
- NIPA Islamabad reserves the right to increase, decrease the number of posts or cancel all or any of the advertised post(s).
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
