NETSOL looking for a dynamic, motivated and result driven professional for the position of Sales Development Representative at Lahore.

Position Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Lahore
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role.
- Experience in the professional services industry is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to craft persuasive and engaging messages to prospects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Familiarity with research tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io).
Analytical Skills:
- Strong research and analytical abilities to gather and interpret data on target accounts and leads.
- Capability to apply the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification process effectively.
Organizational Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects and internal teams.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Creative and strategic thinking to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Ability to understand and address prospect pain points and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and create new business opportunities for the professional and Transcend Consultancy.
- Conduct thorough research on accounts to identify potential leads and relevant contacts that match our ideal customer persona.
Account Research:
- Utilize various tools and platforms to gather detailed information on target accounts.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine and optimize the lead generation process.
Communication:
- Maintain excellent written and oral communication skills to engage with prospects effectively.
- Draft compelling emails and messages to initiate contact and nurture leads.
Understanding Products and Services:
- Develop a deep understanding of the professional services offered by the company.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions/services to potential customers.
BANT Qualification:
- Apply the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification process to assess the viability of leads.
- Determine if a prospect has the budget, authority, need, and timeline to invest in our services.
Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and set up meetings between qualified prospects and the business development team.
- Ensure a seamless transition of information and context during the handoff.
Initial Qualification:
- Conduct initial qualification calls to understand the prospect’s requirements and pain points.
- Gather and document relevant information to facilitate a smooth handoff to the business development team.
Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation and qualification.
