- Responsible for the overall strategic direction, planning, and execution of the Project.
- Role includes overseeing the daily operations, managing personnel, allocating resources, and serve as the primary point of contact between upper management and operational teams.
- Assist in managing timelines, tracking project performance, and ensuring the team adheres to quality standards.
- Their presence adds depth to the leadership structure and enables smoother workflow management.
