Abbottabad, Bannu, Faisalabad, Gilgit, Gujrat, Gwadar, Islamabad, Jhang, Jhelum, Karachi, Mansehra, Mardan, Mianwali, Mirpur A.K., Muzaffarabad A.K., Quetta, Rawalakot, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sialkot, Sibi, Swat, Vehari

Age: Maximum 35 years (as on last date of submission of application)

Eligibility Criteria

Education / Qualification:

Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC Candidates having Master’s degree and/or HR certifications would be preferred

Experience:

Fresh graduates should apply and candidates having 01 year of relevant experience would prefered

Skills and Competencies:

Good communication/interpersonal skill
Effective team player
Service orientated
Understanding of HR functions
Knowledge of MS Office applications

Outline of Main Responsibilities:

To assist and support in HR functions such as talent acquisition & management, learning & development. performance management & rewards compensation & benefits, HR relationship management, organizational effectiveness, HR governance and HR legal compliance
To support and coordinate with business functions to strengthen HR relationship
To assist in the implementation of all HR initiatives/projects
To monitor and update internal HR s systems and databases to ensure data accuracy
To assist in responding to all internal and external HR related queries or requests
To produce/prepare various HR related reports as and when required
To keep abreast with modern HR practices and market trends
To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisors
