Eligibility Criteria

Education / Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC with at least 60% marks or minimum CGPA 2.5, preferably in Agriculture / Agribusiness / Business / Marketing / Economics or a related field

Age:

  • Maximum 26 years (as on last date of submission of application)

Experience:

  • Candidates having 1-2 years of relevant banking experience would be preferred
  • Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Market agriculture financing products to existing and prospective clients
  • Achieve assigned agriculture business targets, including number of borrowers, outstanding, and disbursement targets (both amount-wise and account-wise)
  • Focus on meeting performance metrics related to new client acquisition and portfolio growth
  • Develop and execute a monthly activity plan for marketing new clients in coordination with the Team Leader and Regional Agri. Head
  • Assist borrowers with loan application processes and provide guidance on required formalities
  • Collect and verify all required documentation to ensure smooth processing
  • Conduct on-site visits to verify business operations, crops, revenue records, and other details mentioned in loan applications
  • Evaluate collateral offered by borrowers, identifying any encumbrances or existing indebtedness
  • Ensure thorough assessment of collateral to mitigate risks
  • Prepare, recommend, and submit credit proposals to the approving authority within the defined turn-around-time (TAT)
  • Ensure compliance with pre-disbursement conditions and facilitate timely loan disbursements in collaboration with CAD
  • Monitor and ensure timely recovery of loans and markup payments
  • Meet clean-up requirements as per regulatory guidelines and approved terms
  • Minimize non-performing loans (NPLs) through timely renewals & recoveries
  • Provide technical support to farmers on efficient fund utilization and adoption of modern farming practices to improve yield and profitability
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients
  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
