NADRA is inviting applications, from energetic and self-driven individuals who are ready to contribute actively to the organization, for the position of “Assistant Director (Payroll) ” at Islamabad Headquarter.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Assistant Director (Payroll)
Location: Islamabad
Employment Status: Contractual
Age: 37 years
Educational Qualification:
- 16 Years of HEC verified education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or equivalent.
- Degrees must be attested by HEC.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in payroll management and preferably hands on experience in payroll module of Oracle/SAP or any other ERP Software.
- Proficient in managing payroll software.
Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies:
- Oversee the processing of payroll transactions, including data entry, calculations and disbursements.
- Experience in designing, implementing and administering employee benefit programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll cycles.
- Review, update and verify payroll data, including hours worked, taxes and deductions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Generate and analyze reports for management and auditing purposes.
- Communicate with employees regarding payroll-related matters, including changes in processes and other relevant information.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll administration.
- Implement best practices to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Understanding and familiarity of Federal Government laws, regulations, rules and policies regarding employee benefits.
- Ability to understand and navigate complex payroll process.
Terms & Conditions:
- Selected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 5 years (extendable if required)
- Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.

- Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
- Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
- 5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.
- Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/ relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.
