NADRA Hiring “Business Executive – NTL” at Multiple Locations || April-2025

NADRA is inviting applications, from energetic and self-driven individuals for the position of Business Executive – NTL.
Details are as follows:

Employment Status: Contract

Age: 25 years

Educational Qualification:

  • Intermediate, preferably Bachelor’s degree from HEC Recognized University

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3 Year post qualification experience in relevant field

Skills & Competencies:

  • Meet assigned business targets by implementing effective sales and business strategies.
  • Actively monitor franchisee business performance for as-signed products and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all franchisees within the designated jurisdiction, including performance metrics and compliance status.
  • Identify and assess potential areas for business growth and expansion of the franchise network.
  • Conduct ground verification’s of potential franchisees, provide necessary product training, and ensure smooth deployment of new franchisees.
  • Conduct visits to franchisees to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.
  • Establish and maintain close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to foster business development and partnerships.
  • Prepare and present reports on franchisee performance, business growth, and compliance adherence to management.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Selected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 3 years (extendable if required) and will be on 6-month probation period.
  • Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  • Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
  • Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
  • Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible.
  • Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/ relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.

  • Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches etc. will not be allowed during test and interview.
