Meezan Bank is currently hiring for the role of Personal Banking Manager, with openings available in multiple cities across Pakistan.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Personal Banking Manager
Department: Retail Banking
Location: Multiple Cities across Pakistan
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 16 years of education (majors in Finance, Marketing, Commerce or Economics) from a reputable university / institute recognized by HEC.
- Candidates should have relevant banking experience of minimum 3 years in Customer Relationship Management.
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Effective people management skills.
- Proficient in presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective team management.
Job Description:
- Enhance & establish relationship with existing and potential customers, so as to increase product per customer / retention.
- Deliver high level of sales & services excellence.
- Deposit mobilization through effective portfolio management.
- Cross-selling of consumer & wealth products.
- To be recognized by customer as a single point of contact for all their financial needs.
- Assist Branch Manager in achieving the assigned targets for the branch.
- Monitoring the performance of Personal Banking Officers.
