Meezan Bank hiring Trade Officer in Trade Finance Department at Karachi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala & Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Trade Officer
Location: Karachi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala & Islamabad/Rawalpindi
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s from an HEC-recognized institution/university.
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in trade (Import/Export/Export Refinancing) at Branch / C.P.U level
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Good command of MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of U.R.C / U.C.P / U.R.R and guidelines of Foreign Exchange Manual currently enforced.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
Role Description:
- Handling Import/Export business in compliance with International, Local, and Shariah-related laws
- Ensuring all trade transactions adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Reviewing and process trade finance documentation accurately and timely
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth trade operations
- Maintaining proper records and assist in resolving trade-related discrepancies
