The Retail Banking Group of MCB Bank is looking for a Relationship Manager Liabilities to join its team of talented, motivated, and highly skilled professionals.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Relationship Manager Liabilities
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent
Location: Islamabad
Role Description:
This role is responsible to achieve the assigned branch banking sales target by generating deposits through NTB and deepening in the existing portfolio. Also actively cross-sell of other consumer products.
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA (Accounting & Finance) 4 Year Graduation with knowledge of the banking products and processes.
- 0 to 2 years of Banking experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and friendly.
- Good communication ( Written & verbal)
- Work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Role Responsibilities:
- To achieve defined targets on monthly basis as set my management through live pipeline of potential customers and New to the bank customers
- To increase the existing portfolio through deepening and effective relationship / services management of assigned portfolio.
- To achieve the assigned target through cross selling of all other consumer banking products ( Credit Cards, Auto Loans, Bancassurance and personal loan)
- To make call and visits to the clients to ensure smooth relationships and also maintain the calls reports on daily basis.
- To maintain high services quality standards while interaction with the customers for business retention.
- To ensure compliance with local policies, SOPs & regulation guided by SBP in all activities & transactions. Also ensure the compliance of AML/CFT required for the assigned portfolio.
