The Retail Banking Group of MCB Bank is looking for a Relationship Manager to join its team of talented, motivated, and highly skilled professionals.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Relationship Manager
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent
Location: Islamabad
Role Description:
This role is responsible to achieve the assigned branch banking sales targets by generating deposits through NTB and deepening in the existing portfolio. Also actively cross-sell of other consumer products within the ambit of Bank policies & procedure.
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduation with knowledge of the banking products and processes.
- Upto 2 years of Banking experience
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and friendly.
- Good communication ( Written & verbal)
- Work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Role Responsibilities:
- To achieve defined targets on monthly basis as set my management through live pipeline of potential customers and New to the bank customers
- To increase the existing portfolio through deepening and effective relationship / services management of assigned portfolio.
- To achieve the assigned target through cross selling of all other consumer banking products as per target sheet.
To make daily visits / calls to the customer as per assigned targets- To ensure implementation of SMP (Service Management Programme) in branch for effective and efficient customer service
- To comply with applicable regulatory requirements, bank’s policy & SOPs in all actives & transactions. Also special focus on compliance of AML / CFT required for the assigned portfolio
