Master Group of Industries hiring for the position of “Inspection Officer” at Islamabad. This position is responsible for physical inspection of complaints.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Inspection Officer
Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation Degree
- 1-2 year of experience in sales, customer services or any field job
Job Description:
- Plan the field visits at day start in coordination of the immediate supervisor on a daily basis.
- Call the customers and confirm the time of the visit. Visit customers at their premises against the registered complaint.
- Listen to the customers’ complaints in detail with patience; inspect the mattress thoroughly along with the furniture in use.
- Evaluate customer’s mattress for the rightness of com plaint.
- Note down the observations on the Complaint inspection form.
- Guide customers for further course of action in accordance with predefined customer services policy.
- Recommend product upgrades and inform customers about other offerings.
- Follow up with the operations team after forwarding com plaints to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate final decisions to customers and guide them on the repair/replacement process.
- Submit a daily activity report and deliver a brief end-of-day presentation to the supervisor.
