Maroof International Hospital hiring “Assistant Manager HR“ at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Assistant Manager HR
Location: Islamabad
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource roles with a specific experience in Payroll processing, Benefits administration and Compliance management.
Required Skills:
- HRIS operations
- Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
Job Description:
- Process and manage monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee employee benefits programs including health insurance, EOBI, ESSI, and provident fund.
- Ensure efficient handling and documentation of employee exit procedures and final settlements.
- Draft and implement compensation and benefits policies aligned with HR best practices.
- Address and resolve employee concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain monthly payroll reports and related documentation.
- Ensure smooth operations of the HRIS platform for tracking and record-keeping.
