Maroof International Hospital hiring “Senior Accounts Officer“ at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Senior Accounts Officer
Location: Islamabad
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, stocktaking, or healthcare accounting preferred
- Strong knowledge of asset management, internal controls, and inventory systems
Job Description:
- Conduct thorough and detailed internal audits of the hospital’s fixed assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Perform comprehensive physical stock takes of the pharmacy stores as well as departmental sub-stores, verifying quantities and conditions of all items.
- Identify and document any discrepancies or irregularities discovered during asset audits and collaborate closely with departmental heads to implement timely and effective corrective actions.
- Ensure proper and systematic documentation, tracking, and control mechanisms are in place to maintain accurate records of hospital inventory and fixed assets.
- Assist senior management by providing support with various ad hoc audit and accounts-related tasks as required, contributing to smooth financial operations and compliance.
