Details are as follows:
Position Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat Lahore.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Graduation
- Proficient in written and spoken English (Must)
- Excellent communication skills with a calm and patient attitude
- Prior Experience in customer service will be preferred.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts (morning/evening/night)
- Hands-on experience with email handling
- Knowledge of support platforms like Zendesk and WhatsApp Business API
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email, calls, and WhatsApp
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Maintain service quality and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer experience
