Details are as follows:
Position Title: Officer – Assets & Logistics (OG-II)
No. of Positions: 01
Location: Islamabad
Grade: OG-II
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/ International).
Experience:
- Minimum 03 years of experience in relevant filed
Job Responsibilities:
- Tagging Coding of Fixed Assets at HO.
- Preparation of Annual Budget & Utilization.
- Auction/Disposal of Dead Stock Articles.
- Monitoring/Procurement/Installation/Maintenance of CCTV System, Capex Machinery and Security Equipment.
- Manage procurement and access furniture & fixture requirements for Branches and HO.
- Preparing Demand/File along-with Approvals by Authority for onward submission to Procurement Department i.e. Electrical Appliances & Installations/Security Equipment/Furniture & Fixture/Capex Machinery.
- Review of Biding Documents and can be the part of Bid Evaluation Committees and liaison with Procurement Department.
- Ensure compliance with security polices and audit requirements.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
