ZTBL is looking for highly motivated, confident, result oriented individuals who are required to assume the role of Branch Manager: OG-I/AVP-I/AVP. The individuals who fulfill the basic eligibility criteria may apply for the position.
Position Title: Branch Manager (OG-I/AVP-I/AVP)
Location: Across Pakistan
Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualification:
- Minimum qualification will be graduate degree (16 years of education).
Experience:
- Minimum 5-years Banking Experience out of which at least 1-year as Branch Manager.
- Each candidate has to specify 3 cities/towns for placement one of which he/she must have been posted in previous assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Deposit Mobilization, Agri. credit expansion, Recovery of Regular and Non-performing loans, Supervising the Services/Operations, EKYC & Regulatory Compliance.
Eligibility / Ineligibility Criteria:
- Maximum age limit 45-years as on closing date to apply.
- Market competitive remuneration will be offered.
- The applicant must possess excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability and teamwork skills.
