Zong is currently hiring a qualified and dynamic professional for the role of Senior Executive – Home Segment, based in Islamabad.

Position: Senior Executive – Home Segment
Location: Islamabad
Job Purpose:
This position will drive strategic initiatives for market penetration and revenue optimization in Fixed Line Products and services (FTTH, IPTV, Smart Home & IoT products etc.). This role requires a proactive approach to launch and manage Fixed Line Products by targeting high-value segments, and driving growth through data-driven strategies. The Senior Executive will play a vital role to supervise and execute routine tasks, commercial forecasts, reporting, data analysis, presentations and stakeholders’ management in order to expand market share, maximize ARPU and enhance customer experience by collaborating across different teams including Sales, Marketing, B2B, IT, CC, Engineering and Operations teams.
Qualification and Experience:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Should have preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience in Fixed Line Products.
Required Skills:
- Perform routine operational tasks including KPI reporting, dashboards, presentations, commercial forecasts, monetization etc.
- Utilize data analytics to refine pricing models, assess customer segments, and drive innovative product launches Implement metrics to ensure continuous improvement, sustainable revenue stream, and alignment with company’s growth objectives
- Utilize customer feedback and data to implement product enhancements that align with market needs and increase competitive differentiation
- Fixed Line Products Knowledge
- Drive IT and User portal system enhancements for customers accessibility, usability and ease
- Drive the evolution of FTTH product offerings by introducing bundles services (e.g., IPTV, Landline, content partnerships, Camera Solutions, Smart Home & IoT solutions) to boost customer engagement and retention
- Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for FTTH and associated services, including large-scale network deployment and digital transformation initiatives
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Fixed Line Products/FTTH brand launch initiatives to drive customer acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and establish market leadership
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with brand positioning and target high-potential market segments
- Define and implement customer segmentation based on socio-economic factors, competition analysis, and customer preferences
- Focus on high-value segments to optimize revenue growth and enhance customer lifetime value through tailored pricing and engagement strategies
- Develop geo-targeted strategies to align Fixed Line Products/FTTH Service availability with high-demand areas
- Launch promotional offers and initiatives in underserved and unexplored areas to boost Fixed Line Products/FTTH adoption and expand market reach
- Design and manage dynamic pricing models to cater for different customer segments while maintaining profitability
- Introduce tiered pricing and targeted promotions based on competitive benchmarking and customer data analytics to increase ARPU and expand market share·
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, CC, B2B, Engineering and Operations teams to coordinate product rollouts and execute brand campaigns seamlessly
- Develop and ensure Fixed Line Product strategies and policies in alignment with broader business objectives to drive growth and customer satisfaction
