Details are as follows:
Position: Executive Sales Operations
Location: Islamabad
Job Purpose:
- Timely delivery of departmental system development requirement in coordination with Commercial, IT and Product development teams .
- Ensure that PTA compliance should be 100 % ensured against non bio activities through compliance team
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in Computer Science/Business Administration/MIS
- Preferably up-to 3 years of Experience in Sales and Distributions

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute system development requirement with commercial and IT product development teams
- Analyse departmental system development need by keeping in view the business requirement
- Coordinate with regional Teams and POCs for processes improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Strong follow up with Commercial, IT, Product development teams for the implementation of PTA policies and high priority project
- Provide weekly/monthly visibility against the development projects and compliance activities.
- Strong coordination with relevant department for business support.
- Manage Compliance activities and provide complete system and process support to nationwide franchises and CSCs.
- Provide weekly /monthly visibility of all system actions performed along with channel-wise request trends and immediately report any observed risk or system compromise/process loophole.
- Identify current system loopholes w.r.t PTA compliance and ensure to fix loophole with coordination with stakeholders
- Systems and Processes Support to CSCs / Franchises along with documentation of Business Processes for Operational Efficiency, Risk Mitigation and Improving Customer Experience.
- Raise Training Need Analysis and design regular trainings for Regional Teams in General and Franchise Staff in Particular.
