Details are as follows:
Position: Corporate Service Executive
Location: Islamabad
Job Purpose:
- Business Development and tele sales of small enterprises & SOHO
Qualification and Experience:
- Must have minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a reputable university
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience

Job Responsibilities:
- To service small Enterprises & SoHo (Small Office Home Office)
- Responsible for Gross adds in existing base (upselling, cross selling, referrals, and new VAS solutions sales)
- Retention & churn management (CLM, periodic calls)
- Responsible for collection management (on call)
- Minimum 50 calls per day (cold calls, servicing, cross selling)
- Achievement of regional sales & service targets
- Ensure smooth customer handling and experience management.
- Managing existing revenue portfolio of 3-5m per resource (GSM & VAS)
- Enhance Incremental GCSS & VAS revenue by upselling & cross selling
- Churn & Servicing Management
- Payment Collection (60 days outstanding)
