Details are as follows:
Position Title: Call Center Agents
Grade: (OG-IV)
No. of Positions: 17 (For Islamabad – 14 & For Lahore – 03)
Location: Islamabad, Lahore
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/ International)
Technical Experience:
- Must be proficient in communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Must be familiar with computer skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling & resolving customer complaints/queries over the call.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Monitoring daily transactions and settlements, ensuring system uptime, managing integrations with banking platforms.
- Duties can also be assigned on weekend/public holidays.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
