- Bachelor’s degree along with 7-10 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
Job Responsibilities:

- Lead team performance and development, handle complaints, customer claims and escalations, ensure service excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational outcomes.
