Style Textile is hiring for the position of Production Manager at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Production Manager
Location: Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore
Requirements
- A bachelor’s/master’s degree in Textile Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or textile production.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and MRP systems.
- Only females eligible for this role are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead shop-floor safety programs while promoting safety awareness and compliance with SOPs.
- Ensure production output meets quality standards and customer requirements.
- Analyse production and quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train, coach and develop shop-floor staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and technical standards.
- Support production cost standards, facility improvements, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
