Job Opportunity at Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC)
Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) Division is seeking applications from qualified, dynamic and experienced professionals for contract-based positions, on open merit, under the PSDP-funded “Invest Pakistan” project. Applications are invited for the position of “Assistant Manager (HR & Coord/Protocol)” at Islamabad.
Details are as follows:

Employment Status: Contract
Location: Islamabad
Domicile Quota: Merit
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as of deadline for application submission.
Qualification & Experience:
- M.A. / M.Sc. / MBA / MPA / BS (16 years of education in relevant field).
- At least 3 years post qualification experience in the relevant field. With knowledge of public / private sector working, good communication, analytical and writing skills to prepare positions’ papers summaries, presentations and analytical reports.
- Must have adequate knowledge of HRIS, MS Office and other related tools.
Job Description:
To assist and support the Manager and Deputy Manager in official assignments and project activities
including the following:
Protocol:
- To receive and welcome guests.
- To mobilize workforce for smooth execution of protocol.
- To liaison with other departments for efficient delivery of protocol.
- Possess excellent time management and communication skills.
Coordination:
- Evaluate project proposals submitted by investors, considering impact analysis and cost-benefit studies aligned with SIFC goals.
- Collaborate with the Planning Commission and other stakeholders to plan, execute and complete the project’s and SIFC initiatives successfully.
- Develop long-term strategic plans aligned with SIFC’s goals, mission and vision.
- To support and coordinate interdisciplinary teams, collaborators and contractors involved in project execution.
- To support the project authorities in evaluation frameworks, track progress and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Human Resource:
- To assist Manager and Deputy Manager in day-to-day activities for smooth workflow.
- Have adequate knowledge of core HR functions namely recruitment (shortlisting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding), performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and employee retention.
- To maintain confidentiality in all aspects of HR.
- To create dashboard reports of key HR metrics.
- To handle all employee grievances, queries, concerns in an efficient manner.
