Position Title: Manager Marketing
Location: Lahore
Qualification and Experience:
- Masters/MBA in Marketing from HEC recognized institute.
- 10 to 12 Years of experience in Marketing and Business Development preferably with educational industry.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with various marketing and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of current industry trends and technological advancements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive student enrolment.
- Leverage AI tools for audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Lead and manage the regional marketing team, ensuring collaboration and high performance.
- Oversee the creation of compelling digital and content marketing campaigns, including SEO and social media.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure campaign success and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other key stakeholders to expand outreach.
- Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and educational fairs to attract prospective students.
- Monitor and enhance the institutions brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant advancements into marketing initiatives.
