Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA), Government of the Punjab – Hiring “IT Support Officer”
PSPA is an autonomous body of Government of Punjab which seeks applications from the qualified, highly talented and exceptional IT professional for the position of IT Support Officer at Project Management Unit, PSER-PSPA on contract basis.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Lahore
Pay Scale: PPS-07
Employment Status: Contract
Gender: Both
Age: 20 – 35
Monthly Salary: 258,000
Qualification:
- 16 Years of education in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
- 3+ year experience of System Deployment & Maintenance Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux/macOS systems.
- Relevant certifications will be given due advantage
Skills:
- Knowledge of BIOS/UEFI, device drivers, and firmware management.
- Software & OS Proficiency
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic LAN configurations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installing: Setting up computer hardware.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and fixing hardware issues providing support to end users set up systems and resolve issues in office and field
- Supervise IT asset inventory, coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and maintenance, and ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and standards.
- Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and replacements for desktops, laptops and printers etc.
