The Government of the Punjab, LG & CD Department has Established a Project Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU-ITBMS) under IT-Based Monitoring System Project to enhance service delivery in entire local governments of the Punjab. The project aims to digitize local government functions such as HRMIS, Financial Management System & Asset Management (Immovable & Movable Asset), Pension Management System, E-Billing, ADP, Sanitation, Solid Waste Management, etc.
The Department seeks professionals for performance-based contracts till June 2027, which is further extendable based on Department Decision and satisfactory performance. The LGCD Department promises a great work environment and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
We are currently inviting applications for the position of Project Coordinator, based in Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Project Coordinator

Age: 25 – 45 Years
Monthly Salary: 240,000
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Finance, Business Administration and Computer Sciences from HEC Recognized foreign or local institute.
- Must have at least 3 years of – post-qualification experience in supporting software projects related activities. Experience of providing client-side support will be preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working with local governments in areas such as budgeting, financial management, accounting, own-source revenue (OSR) collection, public accounts, and municipal asset management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents for the Software development
- Monitor the project to ensure timely generation of all project progress reports.
- Data/information collection as per specified Formats.
- Conduct Training sessions when & where required
