Punjab Environment Protection & Climate Change Department is looking for the services of eligible professional of Punjab Province for the position of “Operations and Procurement Manager” under ADP Scheme “CM Punjab Green Credit Program” at Lahore.
Details are as follows:

Employment Status: Contract
Pay Scale: PPS-10
Gender: Both
Monthly Salary: 565,000/-
Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Project Management/ Supply Chain Management from HEC recognized University. (Master’s Degree, i.e. 16-Years Education) with 07 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in multi-stakeholder projects with a focus on timelines, budgets, and operational efficiency, monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring smooth execution, resource allocation, and timely achievement of program milestones.
- Develop operational plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with program objectives and facilitate all staff of PMU.
- Perform procurement activities related to procurement of goods, works and consultancy services
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and environmental standards.
- Provide operational support in project reporting, compliance, and resource management. Further also carry out communication and outreach activities.
- Any other task assigned by the higher authorities.
