Punjab Environment Protection & Climate Change Department is looking for the services of eligible professional of Punjab Province for the position of “Communication and Outreach Officer ” at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position: Communication and Outreach Officer

Employment Status: Contract
Age Limit: 27 – 45 Years
Gender: Both
Monthly Salary: 400,000 PKR
Qualification:
- Masters / Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Advertising / Mass Communication / Media Studies / Media and Mass Communication / Public Relation
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in executing large-scale communication, supervision of PR firms and outreach activities, preferably in public sector.
- Having experience in content development and designing (through software like Adobe Illustrator), media campaigns on multiple platforms including electronic, print, digital (social) and outdoor media.
Job Description:
- Execute comprehensive communications and outreach activities to promote the objectives and initiatives of the program.
- Organize and supervise consultative and awareness sessions for the outreach of initiatives and legal obligations in the course of legislations / codification.
- Showcase the initiatives and success stories of the program through digital media platforms, print and electronic media.
- Oversee all communication channels, including websites, social media platforms, email newsletters, and internal communication tools, Advertising Agencies, if any.
- Any other task assigned by the higher authorities.
