Punjab Skills Development Fund is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan, established in 2010 as a not-for profit company set up by Government of Punjab. PSDF looking for the services of a energetic and self-motivated professional for the position of “Management Associate Finance“ at Lahore.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Management Associate Finance

Role Overview:
Assist in program design, curricula development, development and in line with department overall objectives
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s (Hons) in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university
- 0–2 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Basic knowledge of IFRS and Companies’ Ordinance
- Working knowledge of ERP systems from an operational perspective
- Proficiency in MS Office
- ERP experience preferred
Role Description:
- Ensure all operational payments are processed and disbursed timely to external and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate tax matters (excluding payroll-related taxes), including timely deposits and filing of monthly and annual returns.
- Provide audit justifications and resolve financial queries related to non-programmed and tax payments.
- Ensure compliance with the Income Tax Ordinance, Companies Ordinance, and all applicable laws.
- Liaise with internal, external, and government auditors to address and resolve related queries.
- Conduct bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.
