Required Qualification & Experience:
- MBA / MS (HRM) or higher qualification in same discipline. International Certifications in the discipline will be a plus.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Recruitment.
Job Expectation:
- Maintenance of CV databank of routine applications, and against position advertised.
- Draft preparation of Interview profiles.
- Responsible for issuance of Employment Contracts.
- Draft preparation of Board Proceedings of routine hiring.
- File management and record keeping on daily basis.
