Age: Up to 50 Years
Required Qualification & Experience:
- MS (HR) or 18 years education in relevant field.
- In depth knowledge of HR functions with 20 years of extensive experience in HR Matters of high profile outfits.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Senior Manager HR.
Skills / Competencies:
- Excellent Communication & Analytical skills.
- Should have very good experience of IT Skills, excellent expertise in Microsoft office tools (MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel etc).
Job Expectation:
- Assist Director HR in execution of all HR related functions across NLC.
- Responsible for human resource strategic planning, policy development and implementation in line with NLC’s Annual Business Plan.
- Lead Recruitment and Selection function to attract, identify, select, motivate, evaluate and retain the right person for the right job at the right time.
- Plan, direct and coordinate human resource management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources.
- Ensure implementation of modern HR practices in NLC to improve efficiency.
- Ensure talent acquisition & retention of employees.
- Ensure succession planning, manpower planning and head hunting for top positions.
- Oversee and maintain effective and detailed job profiles and job description documents that are aligned with the organization’s needs and in line with best practices.
- Monitor, maintain and serve as custodian of the organization’s structure and positions while ensuring that the organization’s structure is aligned to the organization’s needs and is in line with best practices.
- Supervise and maintain performance measurement schemes of the organization, associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to all positions, performance measurement mechanisms and to ensure that performance management is fair and transparent.
- Oversee the needs assessment for training and development of all managerial and staff employees while developing training programs that enhance the effectiveness of employees.
- Monitor and implement clear career paths for employees and to ensure availability of successors for key positions.
- Keep abreast with emerging HR trends / best practices on regular basis and their implementation.
- Establish effective relationships including those with government departments and officials to obtain their timely assistance as and when required.
- Oversee total reward strategy, creating balance between internal and external equity and ensure that employees are aware of their benefits.
- To strengthen the employer-employee relationship through identifying and resolving workplace issues, measuring employee satisfaction and morale, and providing support and input to the NLC’s performance management system.
- Supervise transformation of NLC’s manual workflows to automation.
- Supervise and lead HR Branch in the absence of Dir HR.
- Supervise HR Organization Development (OD) Function and ensure its implementation.
- Monitor and supervise all routine HR operations / functions.
- Any other HR related task(s) assigned by Director HR.
