Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives is looking for the services of qualified and self-motivated professional for the position of “Deputy Director – Youth Coordination and PR” at Islamabad.

Position Title: Deputy Director – Youth Coordination and PR

Employment Status: Contract
Pay Scale: PPS-08
Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
Location: Islamabad
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors / Master’s degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Mass Communication, International Relations, Youth Development, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- At least 5 years post-qualification experience in experience developing and managing strategic partnerships with stakeholders across the public, private and development sectors in Pakistan in managing large-scale, complex, multi-partner projects.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and initiatives in the private and/or public sector.
- Experience of coordinating and working with the government of Pakistan

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement youth engagement policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with youth organizations, academic institutions, and government agencies.
- Organize youth development programs, workshops, and capacity-building activities.
- Coordinate with national and international organizations for youth empowerment projects.
- Identify challenges faced by youth and recommend policy interventions.
- Develop communication strategies to promote youth-related initiatives.
- Represent the organization at national and international youth forums and events.
- Maintain liaison with media houses, journalists, and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage public relations campaigns and social media outreach.
- Prepare press releases, reports, and promotional materials
