Ministry of National Health Services Regulations & Coordination is looking for the services of qualified and self-motivated professional for the position of “Accounts Assistant” at Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Center (JMC&RC), Islamabad.

Position Title: Accounts Assistant

Employment Status: Contract
Pay Scale: PPS-07
Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
Location: Islamabad
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
- Two (2) years professional experience in the relevant field.
- Knowledge of accounting practices and MS Office proficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining cash books, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records, along with preparing and processing payments, bills, invoices, and cheques.
- Supports the preparation of expenditure statements, financial summaries, and petty cash management with timely reconciliation.
- Assists in budget tracking, proper filing,
- Salaries and record management.
- Ensures availability of required documentation for internal and external audits.
- Performs additional finance related tasks assigned by the Accounts Officer.
