Age: Maximum 35 years as of deadline for application submission
Qualification & Experience:
- Second class or grade “C” bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree from a university recognized by HEC are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to Law Graduate
- Minimum three years post qualification experience in any reputable organization
Required Skills:
- Record management.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Maintain files, registers and office records.
- Assist in processing of cases, bills and correspondence.
- Support HR, finance or legal sections as assigned.
- Enter and retrieve data from official systems.
- Facilitate coordination within sections.
- Any other duty assigned by the Director General or reporting officer.
