Meezan Bank is looking for dynamic and career-oriented individuals with a passion to serve Riba-free banking in its branch banking team as a Premium Relationship Manager.
Details are as follows:
Position Title: Premium Relationship Manager
Location: Multiple Cities Across Pakistan
Department: Retail Banking
Required Qualification:
- Minimum 16 years of education (majors in Finance, Marketing, Commerce or Economics) from a reputable university / institute recognized by HEC.
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in in Relationship Management role. (Mandatory requirement for shortlisting)
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal, marketing and portfolio management skills.
- Excellent understanding of Retail Banking
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Effective people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships of top customers in Premium Banking Segment
- Addressing banking needs of existing Premium Customers
- Generate Business Opportunities via new customer onboarding through referrals and networking
- Proactively cross-sell a range of consumer and wealth management products tailored to meet individual client needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for premium clients, addressing all their financial requirements and providing personalized guidance
- Deliver exceptional sales and service standards to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Drive deposit mobilization by effectively managing and growing premium client portfolios.
